Tickets to DWS performances are sold through the AT&T Performing Arts Center. Click here to order online or call 214.880.0202. Reserved seats range from $16 to $45. Group rates are available (with some restrictions). Each member of the audience must have a ticket.

Late Seating
In fairness to those already seated, patrons who have the misfortune to arrive late will be seated at an appropriate break in the performance as determined by the conductor.
Accommodations for the Disabled
Ramp access to the lobby is through the main doors on Flora Street. Ramps on the east and west sides of the Meyerson Symphony Center provide access to the Orchestra Terrace seating area. Elevators are accessible from all levels. For disabled seating at DWS concerts, call (214) 528-5576. Seats are limited to availability.
Cameras, Paging Devices & Recorders
Cameras, paging devices and recorders are strictly prohibited. Patrons who expect to be on call while attending a performance are asked to leave their names and seat locations with the House Manager. You will be contacted immediately and discreetly when called.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the east and west sides of the Meyerson Symphony Center on all levels. There are designated restrooms with handicapped accessibility.
Infrared Hearing Assistance System
An infrared hearing assistance system is available at no charge to hearing impaired patrons in the concert hall. Systems may be obtained in the main lobby prior to performances.
Telephone
Pay phones are located in the lower lobby on the east and west sides of the Box Office.
Smoking
The Meyerson Symphony Center is a non-smoking facility. Those wishing to smoke may do so outside the building.
Food and Beverages
No eating or drinking is permitted in the concert hall. Trash receptacles are available for your convenience.
When Season Ticket Holders Cannot Attend
In the event you have a schedule conflict and can't be present, please give your ticket to a friend or let us know and we will make it available to another patron and provide you with a tax receipt for your records. Give our box office a call at (214) 528-5576 and let them know if you wish to return your ticket for resale.
